Meet Coach Donny Fraser

Coach Fraser brings over 15 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, and academy-level soccer, with a focus on developing athletes who can perform with confidence under pressure.

His coaching background includes work with the New England Revolution Academy, competitive club programs, and high school varsity teams throughout Western Massachusetts and SW Florida. Across each level, his approach has remained consistent - develop the athlete as a whole, not just the player

BeFASTher™ was built from that philosophy.

Today's game demands more than technical skill. Players must be able to sprint, decelerate, change direction, and make decisions under pressure, all while maintaining control of their bodies.

Donny's training integrates soccer skill development, movement mechanics, ACL injury risk reduction principles, and confidence training under pressure - helping athletes improve performance while building more resilient movement habits.

Athletes are coached with intention, given clear feedback, and taught how to improve - not just run through drills.
